Instructions
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS per 500g frozen product: Pan: Heat 2 table spoons of oil in a pan. Add the frozen product and cook over medium heat for 3-5 mins or until the cauliflower rice has the right bite. Stir occasionally. Microwave: put the desired amount in a convenient and covered bowl and place in the microwave for 5 mins at 1000 Watt.
