Sole di Sicilia

The d’Arta group recently took over a factory in Sicily, where typically southern vegetables are grilled and processed into frozen vegetables.
To celebrate this, we developed a new vegetable mix: contorno siciliano.

This southern vegetable mix consists of grilled aubergines, grilled sweet peppers (yellow and red) and grilled courgettes and has an artisanal cut.
The vegetables are ripened in the sun and grilled in a traditional way. You can taste the sun at first bite!
